"Rusty Spur"

Located 3 miles North the community of Hochatown, and 1/2 mile North of Cedar Creek Golf Course in the new Northern Hills.

Your first impression of Rusty Spur is the large heavily wooded lot. When you step inside, the spacious living and kitchen area exudes rustic contemporary luxury with leather furnishings, granite countertops and flat screen TV's. The master has a King bed and flat screen TV and a master bathroom with a large soaking tub. The other 2 downstairs bedrooms both have Queen beds and are connected with another full bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances and an island bar - where you will find your bottle of wine from the nearby winery, Girls Gone Wine - compliments of Rusty Spur. The complimentary snacks are also offered upon arrival as a "thank you" from Beavers Bend Adventures.

Just off the kitchen is a sun room living area with a full sized futon. The loft is a game room with a pool table with a Queen sized air bed available.

The chef has their choice of outdoor cooking on a gas or charcoal grill. There's plenty of seating for 8 - 10 people to dine indoors, or on the deck near the oversized hot tub with a view of the star-filled night sky. You can build a camp fire for roasting s'mores at the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by wooden arm chair seating.
